Can be designed for heavy loads and fast action. Double-stacking optional for twice the operation speed.
POP-UP ROLL / CHAIN CONVEYOR CORNER TRANSFER
Chainways extend through gaps in the roll-conveyor frame, allowing product to move along the chains until it is resting above the rolls. The roll conveyor sits just beneath the surface level of the chains, and rises, lifting the product off the chains and sending it on its way.
FORK TRANSFER WITH CHAIN CONVEYOR
Designed for faster action than pop-up roll conveyors, these corner transfers use forks to lift and place product from one position to the other. The fork transfers can be designed for double-action and heavy loads.
